COVID 19 : LEVEL 2 Update
Dear Vetora Family,
We wanted to let you know that we are considered as Essential Services and are open for business during Level 2.
To stay open, we need your help, support, and cooperation. Please help us stay safe so we can keep your pets safe too.
Here are some measures we will have in place to ensure that everyone stays safe, and all pets that need our help are taken care of.
What does it mean for your pet? 🐾
We will still be seeing and caring for your pets in this time of need. That includes consultations, emergency care, non-elective surgeries, food, prescriptions, farm products, cattery, and other goods you might need.
In Level 2, we can now begin routine surgeries such as de-sexing, dentals and other surgers that have been delayed. Adult pet vaccinations are possible also, but due to limited access to the inside of the clinic, there will be limited appointments available.
How can you help? 🐾
✅ Please call us to make an appointment.
✅ If you are unwell, do not come to the clinic. Have someone else bring the pet to see us.
✅ Upon arriving at the clinic, please stay in your vehicle.
✅ Call our clinic to let us know you are here and describe your car.
✅ One of our staff will come collect your pet from your vehicle.
✅ Your vet will call you from the clinic on your phone if more information is needed, or for making discussing treatment plans.
✅ Once all done, your pet will be returned to you.
✅ If treatment or surgery are necessary, your pet may need to stay (after
your approval of course) and will be returned to you later in the day.
✅ Please try to pay only by EFTPOS or bank transfers at this point. And
avoid paying by cash if possible in order to protect our staff.
⭐️ Please be kind to our staff. We understand it is a tough situation for
everyone. Remember that our staff will continue to work throughout this
lockdown to make sure that your fur babies are kept safe, healthy, and
