VETERINARIANS x 2 - PUTARURU CLINIC

Vetora Waikato is a farmer owned club practice with a team of approximately 120 staff based at 8 clinics throughout the Waikato region.

Due to the retirement of two senior veterinarians, we have vacancies for two mixed practice veterinarians at our Vetora Putaruru branch.

One of these positions may suit a new graduate.

Both of these are ideally full time positions with a predominantly dairy focus .

The after- hours component is not too onerous, allowing  for easy access to local recreational pursuits, with numerous lakes, rivers, forests and beaches within an hours drive.

The reknowned ‘Blue Spring’ and Te Waihou walkway is 5 minutes  from the clinic and access to the 110 km Waikato River  Trail for cycling and walking is 15 minutes away.

You would need to be able to work as part of a high performing team to provide the best veterinary service for our farming and small animal clients.

A number of our clients are very progressive and use our veterinary services to maximise their animal health and production. The client base is composed almost exclusively of privately owned enterprises, so you will regularly get to engage with key decision makers. We endeavour to keep ahead of the game and engage with new techniques and technology.

We offer a comprehensive remuneration and benefits package. If you think you might have what it takes to work in our dynamic team, please apply in complete confidence to :
